The colder mornings call for some warm creamy porridge and @dumbbellsandoats has some great breakfast inspiration for us…Chocolate Date Tahini Oats!
50g rolled oats
210ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp cacao powder
5ml date syrup
10g chopped dates
2g cacao nibs
Dried rose petals
- Heat the oats, almond milk, flaxseeds, cacao powder and maple syrup in a pan until the oats are cooked and creamy.
- Transfer the oats into a bowl and lay the sliced banana down on top.
- Drizzle with the date syrup and tahini.
- Sprinkle the chopped dates, cacao nibs and dried rose petals over the top.
