Delivery & Returns

UK & Ireland Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK & Ireland free of charge on all orders over £7/€7.

All UK & Ireland deliveries will be dispatched next working day and will be with you within 2-3 working days*

*This is the quoted time by the courier for the option used. Delays are outside of our control once the order has been dispatched. However we will provide tracking on all orders and will be able to get an update on your order in the unlikely even it doesn’t arrive within the stated time frame.

European Delivery

We do not currently deliver to any other European country at present.

Returns

If you are not happy with any aspect of your order please email customer.services@linwoods.co.uk and one of the team will be happy to assist you.

If we deliver your order and the item is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing details or the parcel hasn’t been collected, we can re-send the order but the customer will have to cover the cost of the second delivery.

In the event of not longer want the order after it has been processed as dispatched you can return the order for a full refund up until 21 days. Please note the shipping on the return is covered by the customer.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.

Refunds
We offer a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
To receive a refund please email customer.services@linwoods.co.uk quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Canceling Orders

You are free to cancel your order for any reason up until the order has been processed and dispatched via our courier. Once this is happened we are unable to cancel the order and the item will have to be returned.

Damaged/incorrect items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at customer.services@linwoods.co.uk. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.

In the unlikely event that the content of your order has been delivered incorrectly, we ask that you notify us at customer.services@linwoods.co.uk within 7 days or call us 028 3756 8477.
