Immune Supporting Superfood Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) jumbo or porridge oats
- 2 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 500ml non dairy milk of choice
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
Directions
- Mix together the oats, flax, maple syrup, milk and salt in a pot. Place over a medium heat on a hob. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 – 10 minutes; to desired consistency.
- Serve topped with berries and a little more milled flaxseed.
