  1. Mix together the oats, flax, maple syrup, milk and salt in a pot. Place over a medium heat on a hob. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 – 10 minutes; to desired consistency.
  2. Serve topped with berries and a little more milled flaxseed.
