Pink Lady Bircher Muesli

Preparation Time – 5 minutes

Servings – 4



  • 150g large jumbo oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes or unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp toasted or roasted roughly chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 large pink lady apple grated; I leave the skin on
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 heaped tbsp Linwoods Mulberry Hemp MultiBoost
  • 250ml oat or almond milk
  • 200g almond, cashew or coconut yogurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon


To Serve

  • Maple syrup, figs, mulberries, pecans, toasted seeds, coconut or whatever your heart desires!



  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  2. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight. Give everything a good stir up before serving and topping as desired.
