- 150g large jumbo oats
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes or unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp toasted or roasted roughly chopped pecan nuts
- 1 large pink lady apple grated; I leave the skin on
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 heaped tbsp Linwoods Mulberry Hemp MultiBoost
- 250ml oat or almond milk
- 200g almond, cashew or coconut yogurt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Maple syrup, figs, mulberries, pecans, toasted seeds, coconut or whatever your heart desires!
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Leave to sit in the fridge overnight. Give everything a good stir up before serving and topping as desired.
