Ingredients
  • 150g green apple, diced
  • 120g celery stalks, diced
  • 1 mug spinach or kale
  • 5g grated ginger
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 2 heaped tbsp Linwoods Shelled Hemp

Directions

  1. Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve in glasses of choice; chill for a little while before serving if desired or add some ice.
