Gluten Free Oats 4 eggs 2 Tbsp. Linwoods Chia seeds 2 scoops of vanilla whey A splash of milk 1 Tbsp. Honey Instructions Blend all the ingredients together. Fry in a little coconut oil in a pan until both sides are brown. Serve with a little honey, yogurt or fruit and enjoy!
