- 8 Tbsp. Gluten Free Oats
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Linwoods Chia seeds
- 2 scoops of vanilla whey
- A splash of milk
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Fry in a little coconut oil in a pan until both sides are brown.
- Serve with a little honey, yogurt or fruit and enjoy!
