  • 1. Milk of choice: Choose your preferred milk or yogurt to add to the oats. You can use dairy milk, dairy-free milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, or yogurt. Be sure to add the correct amount of milk or yogurt, depending on the flavour of Overnight Oats you are making. 
  • 2. Mixing: Add 100ml of milk or yogurt to 50g Linwoods Original Energy Overnight Oats or Strawberry Energy Overnight Oats. Add 125ml of milk or yogurt to 50g Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats. Combine the oats and milk in a jar or bowl but try not to overmixing, as this can make the oats gooey. 
  • 3. Soaking: Cover and refrigerate oats overnight. This will give the oats enough time to soften and absorb the liquid for a creamy and dreamy consistency.

Here are a few overnight oats topping combinations you might like to try for that extra zing: 

  • Berry Blast: Fresh berries, chopped almonds, and a drizzle of honey for natural sweetness and to help balance out the richness of the oats.
