Linwoods Overnight Oats are made from all natural, plant-based ingredients. They are gluten free, yes gluten free oats!

Linwoods Overnight Oats contain beta-glucan and omega 3 which can be beneficial for heart health and cholesterol levels. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega 3 and this is why we have added them to our overnight oats. Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)) can’t be produced by the body and therefore is essential to have in our diets. Beta-glucan and omega 3 contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Our Strawberry and Original Energy Overnight Oats contain vitamin B1 which supports the normal function of the heart.
