WHAT ARE THE NURTRITIONAL BENEFITS OF OVERNIGHT OATS?

Linwoods Overnight Oats are made from all natural, plant-based ingredients. They are gluten free, yes gluten free oats!

Linwoods Overnight Oats contain beta-glucan and omega 3 which can be beneficial for heart health and cholesterol levels. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega 3 and this is why we have added them to our overnight oats. Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)) can’t be produced by the body and therefore is essential to have in our diets. Beta-glucan and omega 3 contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Our Strawberry and Original Energy Overnight Oats contain vitamin B1 which supports the normal function of the heart.

The Strawberry Energy flavor is gluten-free and includes ingredients like beetroot and quinoa, providing substantial amounts of B Vitamins, including 31% of the daily recommended intake of Vitamin B6 and 29% of Vitamin B12, enhancing energy metabolism and mental performance.
