Loaded with coconut, passionfruit and kiwi, this healthy overnight oats recipe will give your breakfast a tropical twist and will transport you to sunny paradise. This recipe takes minutes to prepare and ideal for ready-to-eat breakfasts throughout the week. You can also put your healthy overnight oats in a jar to take with you to work! It also include our very own Cold Milled Flaxseeds
Healthy Overnight Oats with Coconut and Passionfruit

Ingredients
- 160g (approx. 2 cups) of jumbo oats
- 4 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed
- 600ml water
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- ½ cup (120g) coconut yoghurt
- 2 kiwi’s peeled and diced
- 2 passionfruit
- 4 tbsp toasted seeds of choice
Instructions
- Mix together the oats, flaxseed, water, coconut and honey in a large bowl.
- Place into the fridge overnight.
- In the morning serve the oats in bowls, jars or glasses, top with yoghurt, kiwi, passion fruit and toasted seeds. Add a little more flax and honey on top if desired.
