Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- Handful of spinach
- Half an avocado
- 1 kiwi
- Half a mango
- 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 200ml Coconut Milk
Top with:
- 1 tablespoon of Linwoods Milled Chia Seed
- Fresh kiwi and strawberries
Instructions
- Add the spirulina, spinach, avocado, kiwi, mago, yoghurt and coconut milk to a blender and blast until smooth.
- Pour from the blender into a bowl.
- Top with the chia, kiwi and strawberries.
