Delicious Homemade Granola Bowl
Ingredients
- --- For The Granola
- 250g jumbo oats
- 40g (4 tbsp) Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and CoQ10
- 100g chopped Brazil Nuts
- 80g sunflower seeds
- 60g maple syrup
- 80ml avocado or olive oil, or melted coconut oil
- 60g soft brown sugar or coconut sugar
- --- To Serve
- ½ - 1 cup of Greek style yoghurt, dairy free if necessary
- 1 cup of berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 small kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ¼ - ½ cup of granola, above
- 1 heaped tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and CoQ10
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160C (320F).
- Mix together all the ingredients for the granola in a large bowl. Lay the granola out evenly on a large baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes; you can toss it half way through!
- Allow to cool fully on the tray.
- Store the cooled granola in a sealed container out of direct sunlight for up to two weeks.
- Assemble your granola bowls; yoghurt on the bottom, fruit, flaxseed mix, granola!
