Directions

  1. Mix together oats, maple syrup, non dairy milk, orange zest and cinnamon  in a pot. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 6 – 8 minutes, until the oats are cooked to your liking.

  2. Remove from the heat, stir through the yogurt and flaxseed. At this point the oats will have cooled down and can be served, or they can be chilled overnight to thicken a little more.

  3. Serve topped with blood oranges, fresh raspberries and all the clusters!
