Ingredients
1 cup of oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
400ml non dairy milk of choice
2 tsp blood orange zest
½ tsp cinnamon
125g (½ cup) non dairy yogurt of choice
2 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed
2 blood oranges, diced or sliced
½ cup of fresh raspberries
2- 4 tbsp Linwoods Crunchy Seed Clusters Pumpkin & Chia Seed
Directions
Mix together oats, maple syrup, non dairy milk, orange zest and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 6 – 8 minutes, until the oats are cooked to your liking.
Remove from the heat, stir through the yogurt and flaxseed. At this point the oats will have cooled down and can be served, or they can be chilled overnight to thicken a little more.
Serve topped with blood oranges, fresh raspberries and all the clusters!
