Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

This cocoa enriched gluten free blend of oats and chia seed with soy protein powder, coconut palm sugar and cocoa chocolate drops, is delicious way to start the day. One 50g serving of the blend includes 11g of plant-based protein which supports growth and maintenance of muscles. Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats is also a source of magnesium, delivering 19% of your recommended daily intake, which supports the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports muscle function.   • Ensure the oats are covered with milk/yoghurt to prevent them from drying out.
  • Be sure to add the correct amount of milk or yogurt, depending on the flavour of Overnight Oats you are making:
    Add 100ml of milk or yogurt to 50g of Linwoods Original Energy Overnight Oats or 125ml to our Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats
  • Stir the oats before serving.
