Ingredients
· 250ml – 300ml non-dairy milk of choice
· 250g unsweetened non-dairy yoghurt of choice
· 2 cups (approx. 250 – 300g) of frozen mixed berries
· 1 ripe banana
· 2 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed with Goji Berries
· ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
· 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
