At Linwoods Health Foods we currently offer delivery options to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Shipping is currently priced at £2.50 to the UK (Free when you spend £7) & €2.94 To Ireland (Free When You Spend €7). We offer same day dispatch Monday-Friday up until 2pm. Unfortunately we currently do not ship to outside the UK & Ireland.

- Where can I track my order?
When your item is dispatched (Same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday) you will receive a tracking number via email which you can enter into Royal Mail tracking services to locate your parcel. Locate Order > - What if my order takes longer than 48 hours?
If ordered on a Friday after 2pm, the next dispatch time is Monday so this may explain a delay in dispatch. Any delays after dispatch will be beyond our control and dependent on the courier. However with tracking information any issue with an order will be easily resolved. - Can I cancel my order?
You can easily cancel your order up until dispatch by contacting us. If your order has been processed as dispatched we will be unable to make changes to the order information. However we do accept returns up to 7 days after item is received. See Returns Policy below.

No, none. We are based in Northern Ireland so are able to ship to Ireland without customs or duties.

In the event of entering wrong delivery information, feel free to contact us and we will happily change the order address if it has not been processed. Unfortunately after the item has been sent we are unable to change the order information.
Returns
At Linwoods Health Foods we pride ourselves on our customer service which was recently recognised by winning the coveted Feefo Exceptional Service Award in 2024.
If you are not happy with any aspect of your order please email [email protected] and one our friendly & helpful team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
Customer Service is available from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am to 1pm on Fridays. Excluding Bank Holidays.
In the event of no longer requiring your order after it has been processed as dispatched you can return the order for a full refund up until 7 days after receipt of the product. Please note the shipping on the return is covered by the customer. The item should not be opened and in the condition received.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. The item must be as received and not open. Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods back to us. We are unable to offer free returns.
To get started with your return, simply email [email protected] quoting your order number in all correspondence and we will get this resolve for you as soon as possible.
Offers & Bundles – the item will be refunded at the price at time of purchase. If the item is bought during promotion the net value paid will be the refund value. If items are bought as part of a bundle this will also apply. If returning a bundle with missing items, the items not returned will be charged at full price as per our terms & conditions.
Cancelling Orders
You are free to cancel your order for any reason up until the order has been processed and dispatched via our courier. Once this is happened we are unable to cancel the order and the item will have to be returned.
Damaged/Incorrect items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at [email protected]. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual returns procedure stated above.
In the unlikely event that the content of your order has been delivered incorrectly, we ask that you notify us at [email protected] within 7 days or call us on 028 3756 8477 and we will rectify as soon as possible.
