Ingredients
- 500g dairy-free Greek-style yoghurt (choose a brand with live and active cultures for an extra probiotic boost)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30g Linwoods Immune Support
- --TOPPINGS
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
- Granola
- Peanut/Almond Butter
Instructions
- Mix it Up: In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until well combined and smooth.
- Prepare the Canvas: Line a baking sheet with baking paper. This will make removing the frozen yoghurt bark much easier later.
- Spread the Love: Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread the yoghurt into an even layer, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- Top it Off: Now comes the fun part - toppings! Get creative and add your favorites. In this recipe, we'll layer sliced strawberries, blueberries, followed by a drizzle of peanut or almond butter (or your favorite nut butter!).
- More Toppings: After the nut butter drizzle, sprinkle your yoghurt bark with chocolate chips and granola.
- Supercharge Your Gut: Sprinkle the Linwoods Immune Support powder evenly over the yoghurt bark.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yoghurt bark set for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a firmer texture.
- Break and Serve: Once frozen, take the yoghurt bark out of the freezer and break it into pieces. You can use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife for clean cuts.
- Store and Enjoy: Keep any leftover yoghurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer. It will stay good for up to a month!
