Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds come from, of course,  sunflowers! The tall yellow plant produces small edible seeds which are grayish in color and are found naturally in dark shells called “husks”.

Sunflower seeds may be small but they are packed full of key nutrients including Vitamin E, Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Magnesium,Selenium, Protein and Fiber!
