- 1 banana (80-100g)
- 1 pear (100g)
- 30g Spinach
- 200ml Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp Linwoods Hemp Protein+ with Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Broccol & Spinach Powder
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
