Kiwi and strawberry is one of our favourite fruit combinations, especially when added to your morning oats to make a delightfully sweet breakfast bowl! @dumbbellsandoats makes it even better by topping it with peanut butter and Shelled Hemp to also give a nutty taste and texture.







  1. Heat the porridge ingredients together in a pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Place into a bowl. Top with kiwi slices, strawberries, banana slices, peanut butter and hemp seeds.
