The colder mornings call for some warm creamy porridge and @dumbbellsandoats has some great breakfast inspiration for us…Chocolate Date Tahini Oats!
Ingredients
50g rolled oats
210ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp cacao powder
Toppings:
Sliced banana
5ml date syrup
10ml tahini
10g chopped dates
2g cacao nibs
Dried rose petals
Method:
  1. Heat the oats, almond milk, flaxseeds, cacao powder and maple syrup in a pan until the oats are cooked and creamy.
  2. Transfer the oats into a bowl and lay the sliced banana down on top.
  3. Drizzle with the date syrup and tahini.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped dates, cacao nibs and dried rose petals over the top.
