What are the Benefits?

Soaking removes bitterness and enhances the natural flavour of the nut. We've added a sprinkling of apple and cinnamon powder and a touch of maple syrup to these soaked walnuts. High in Omega 3 and a source of fibre, they make a delicious healthy snack! Suitable for home baking.
