Glowing Skin Smoothie Flaxseed Recipe
This Smoothie recipe for glowing skin will make you glow from the inside out.
The secret is that this smoothie is filled with antioxidants, fibre, healthy fats, vitamin C and includes Linwoods Flaxseed, Nuts and Co-Enyzme Q10 which is high in copper which contributes to normal skin pigmentation.
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup pineapple
1 peeled lime
1 tbsp coconut cream from a can
300ml almond milk
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
