Ingredients
- 1 ½ frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ frozen courgette
- A small frozen cauliflower floret
- A handful of chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- ½ cup of brown rice milk for blending or non dairy milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of Linwoods Organic Hemp Protein+ with Flax, Chia, Broccoli & Spinach
Suggested toppings:
- Fresh Fruit
- Granola
- Bee pollen
Instructions
- Simply place all the ingredients into a blender apart from the rice milk.
- Gradually add the rice milk until you reach the desired consistency. You might not need to use it all.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the topping of your choice.
