Packed full of protein these tasty little truffles are perfect to curb your sweet tooth and give you a quick energy boost! Two heaped dessert spoonfuls (30g) of milled flax, chia seed, apple & cinnamon provides 6.1g protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.

15g Linwoods Milled Flaxseed,Chia, Apple & Cinnamon
30g Pea Protein
20g agave syrup
50g cashew nut butter
15g almond milk
Cinnamon to taste
Mix all your ingredients together using your hands or a food processor until you have a smooth dough that you can shape with your hands into truffles.
Divide your dough into six little balls - or truffles.
Optional: If you’d like to coat them in chocolate, melt 20g of dark chocolate in a bain marie (a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water) and dunk your truffles in there before transferring them to a tray line with aluminium paper and letting them set in the fridge for an hour or two.
