Protein Pancakes for Menopause
- 3 medium bananas
- 190ml plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 20g coconut oil
- 180g oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g Linwoods Menoligna
1. Mash the banana into a bowl and mix in the rest of the wet ingredients.
2. Weigh out the dry ingredients together and combine with the wet.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and pour in a pancake size of mixture at a time!
4. Flip once browned on one side.
