Key Ingredients: 2 cups buckwheat flour, 2 cups almond milk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 2-3 tbsp stevia powder, ½ cup of dark choc chips.

Why you won’t feel guilty:  Rozanna explains that just because there is chocolate in the mix doesn’t mean you must avoid. Key Ingredients: 250ml unsweetened almond milk, 120g buckwheat flour, 1 ripe banana, 1 heaped tbsp milled flaxseed or milled chia seed, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and Virgin coconut oil. You could even replace the ground cinnamon and chia seed / flax seed with our new milled flax, chia seed, apple and cinnamon mix.
For the cinnamon cream: 1 can of full-fat coconut milk (chill in your fridge overnight), 2 tbsp coconut sugar, ½ tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 6-7 tbsp unsweetened almond milk to blend.
