Kiwi and strawberry is one of our favourite fruit combinations, especially when added to your morning oats to make a delightfully sweet breakfast bowl! @dumbbellsandoats makes it even better by topping it with peanut butter and Shelled Hemp to also give a nutty taste and texture.
- 50g rolled oats
- 230ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Linwoods Shelled Hemp
- Kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- Peanut Butter
- Linwoods Shelled Hemp
- Heat the porridge ingredients together in a pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Place into a bowl. Top with kiwi slices, strawberries, banana slices, peanut butter and hemp seeds.
