Immune Boosting Smoothie | Beetroot & Raspberry
A sweet and refreshing immune boosting smoothie packed with natural ingredients that will support your immune system this winter.
This recipe includes Linwoods Immune Support which is a blend of sprouted and milled flaxseed and milled hemp seed, with added brazil nuts, mushroom power, acerola and biocultures to help support a healthy immune system (an ideal product to blend into your smoothies).
Ingredients
- 1 medium or 2 small beetroot
- 150g fresh or frozen raspberries
- Half a banana
- 250ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp Linwoods Immune Support
Directions
- Simply place all the ingredients in your blender of choice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy the benefits.
