- ½ mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- A few cubes cooked butternut squash
- Fresh or tinned (in juice) pineapple chunks
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 dessert spoons Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed, Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds
- 250ml coconut milk
- Place all of the ingredients into a high-power blender and whizz up for a good few minutes until quite thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
