Mixed Berry & Super Seed Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 60g strawberries
  • 60g blueberries
  • 40g blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Linwoods Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame Seeds & Goji Berries Mix
  • 1 tbsp Linwoods Hemp Seeds (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, adding the almond milk first to make blending easier.
  2. Blend well until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
