- 1 frozen banana
- 200ml almond milk
- 60g strawberries
- 60g blueberries
- 40g blackberries
- 1 tbsp Linwoods Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame Seeds & Goji Berries Mix
- 1 tbsp Linwoods Hemp Seeds (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, adding the almond milk first to make blending easier.
- Blend well until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
