Chocolate, Raspberry & Almond Loaf


  • 150g oat flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Linwoods Milled Flaxseed & Goji Berries
  • 75g coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 75g apple puree
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 75g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease and line a loaf tin.
  2. Mix together the oat flour, ground almonds, flaxseeds, coconut sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.
  3. Whisk together the apple puree, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla and almond extract until smooth.
  4. Pour this into the dry ingredients and stir to combine, then fold in the chocolate and raspberries - don’t overmix.
  5. Spoon into the loaf tin and smooth out evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes until firm and golden.
  6. Leave to cool then turn out onto a chopping board, slice up and serve!
