- 50g oats
- 250ml water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10g maple syrup or 10 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 80g dairy free yogurt of choice, almond/cashew/coconut
- 7g Linwoods Health Foods milled flaxseed
- 70g finely grated carrot
- Sliced fresh Mango, Activated Nutmost Maple Walnuts & Maple Syrup to serve
- Mix together water, oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir through maple syrup or stevia, vanilla extract, dairy free yogurt of choice and milled flaxseed.
- Add in finely grated carrot and place mixture into the fridge overnight.
- Thin out with a little almond milk or water if they are too thick for your liking.
- Serve topped with maple syrup, fresh mango and maple walnuts.
