Pear And Prune Overnight Oats
This high fibre porridge is an ideal way to increase your daily fibre intake with a delicious sweet taste from the pears and prunes.
This pear and prune overnight oats recipe includes Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, BioCultures & Vitamin D with Bio Cultures and Vitamin D which includes 6g of Fibre per 20g (just two spoonful’s).
Preparation Time – 5 minutes + Overnight

Ingredients
- 100g jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, BioCultures & Vitamin D with bio cultures and vitamin D
- 300ml unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- ½ – 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100g plain non dairy yoghurt
- 6 – 8 no soak prunes
- 1 large pear sliced
- 2 tbsp plain roasted almonds
- 2 – 4 tsp maple syrup – optional
Directions
- Mix together the flax, milk, cinnamon and yoghurt in a large bowl. Place into the fridge overnight.
- In the morning serve oats topped with slices of pear, prunes, and almonds; add a drizzle of maple syrup if using and enjoy your delicious pear and prune oats
