- 1 frozen banana
- 30g frozen pineapple chunks
- 30g frozen mango or papaya chunks
- Large handful of spinach
- ¼ cucumber, cut into chunks
- Mint leaves
- 2 dessertspoons Linwoods Organic Hemp Protein+ with Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Broccoli &
- Spinach Powder
- 150ml coconut water
- Place the frozen banana, pineapple and mango/papaya, spinach, cucumber, mint leaves,
- Linwoods protein and coconut water in a blender.
- Whizz up until smooth and thick - add more water to achieve
- the right consistency.
- Pour into a bowl then decorate to make it look pretty for Instagram!
