Flaxseed Bread February 29, 2016 0 Share No Comments on Flaxseed Bread Flaxseed Bread Serving Size 6-10 Ingredients 1 cup of flaxseed 1/2 cup ground almonds 1/2 cup coconut flour tsp baking powder pinch of salt 4 eggs 1/4 cup of water. Instructions Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl. Whisk the eggs and water and add into the dry ingredients. Mix well, then leave for a couple of minutes to thicken. Pour into a lined small loaf tin. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35/40 mins. Remove and cool on wire rack.
