- 1 cup of flaxseed
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of water.
- Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs and water and add into the dry ingredients.
- Mix well, then leave for a couple of minutes to thicken.
- Pour into a lined small loaf tin.
- Sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35/40 mins.
- Remove and cool on wire rack.
