Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- Serve with:
- Pack-Choi, baby-corn, spring onion and peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Place the salmon on a lined baking tray. Mix the Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures & Vitamin D, lemon juice, coconut oil and black pepper in a cup to form a paste.
- Spoon the mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes
- Also works well with Linwoods Shelled Hemp or Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin & Sesame & Goji Berries
