Escape to Summer with this Refreshing 2-Layer Cloud Smoothie
Sometimes, you just need a drink that transports you to a tropical paradise. Enter the
Cloud Smoothie, a layered beauty bursting with sunshine-y mango and juicy
berries. This refreshing smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with good-for-
you ingredients
The best part? It features the powerhouse of Linwoods Milled Flaxseed,
Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia Seeds and Goji Berries! This single ingredient gives
you a variety of seeds, each boasting its own set of benefits. You’re getting a healthy
dose of fibre for digestion, protein to keep you feeling full, and omega-3 fatty acids
for cholesterol levels.

Ingredients
- Bottom Layer:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia Seeds and
- Goji Berries
- 100ml (1/2 cup) non-dairy milk of your choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- Top Layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberry and raspberry mix
- 1 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia Seeds and
- Goji Berries
- 100ml (1/2 cup) non-dairy milk of your choice
- Topping:
- 2 tbsp coconut cream (chilled)
Instructions
- Add the frozen mango chunks, Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, and milk to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour this mixture into a serving glass.
- Rinse out your blender (or use a second one if available).
- Add the frozen strawberry and raspberry mix, Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, and milk. Blend until smooth and vibrant pink.
- Gently pour this layer on top of the mango mixture in your glass.
- Dollop the chilled coconut cream on top of the smoothie.
- Use a spoon or a cocktail stick to gently swirl the coconut cream into the pink layer, creating a beautiful marbled effect.
Tips:
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk. Add more a tablespoon at a time until
you reach your desired consistency.
