Ingredients
Serves 4
- 6 oranges, peeled
- 3 carrots
- 2 cups of pitted cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 thumb size knob of turmeric
- 1 thumb size knob of ginger
- 4 tbsp Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed
Method
- Juice the oranges, carrots, cherries, turmeric and ginger.
