Ingredients
For the base -
- 4 x packets Linwoods Super Seeds Snackettes
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
For the chocolate filling -
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 dessertspoons Linwoods Hemp Protein + Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Cocoa & Beetroot
- 4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
To decorate -
- Linwoods Sun-dried Goji Berries
- Dried cranberries
- Dried rose petals
- Edible gold glitter dust (optional)
Instructions
- First make the base: Place the Snackettes in a food processor or blender and whizz up until broken down.
- Melt the nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup and pour this into the food processor. Give it another whizz to allow the ingredients to combine.
- Tip out into a loose-bottomed tin and press into the base to cover. Set aside while you make the filling.
- Simply place all of the ingredients in a food processor/blender and whizz up until quite thick and smooth.
- Pour over the base, smooth out and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve remove from the freezer and chill for 20 minutes. Pop out onto a serving board and decorate with the dried fruit. Now slice and serve!
