If you prefer something sweet in the morning, try @dumbbellsandoats overnight oats with mango, cacao and flaxseed. Not only is it delicious, it’s vegan, nutritious and very easy to recreate.
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 230ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed with Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
- 1tsp Cacao Powder
Toppings:
- 1/2 mango, sliced
- Blueberries
- Toasted Coconut Flakes
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Linwoods Milled Flaxseed with Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
Method:
- Mix the oats, mashed banana, cacao powder and milk together in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, top with mango slices, blueberries, toasted coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed.
