Cacao and mango Overnight Oats

If you prefer something sweet in the morning, try @dumbbellsandoats overnight oats with mango, cacao and flaxseed. Not only is it delicious, it’s vegan, nutritious and very easy to recreate.

Ingredients:

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 230ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed with Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
  • 1tsp Cacao Powder

Toppings:

Method:

  1. Mix the oats, mashed banana, cacao powder and milk together in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning, top with mango slices, blueberries, toasted coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed.
