Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 400g plain dairy free yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed
  • 200g fresh blueberries
  • 2 large handfuls of granola 

Healthy Gut Blueberry Granola Parfait

Directions

  1. Mix together the honey, yoghurt and flax in a bowl.
  2. Add ¼ of the yoghurt to 2 serving bowls or glasses.
  3. Top with ¼ of the blueberries and ½ a handful of granola per serving glass.
  4. Repeat the layers. Leave to sit for a few minutes and dig in.
