- Contains probiotic food i.e yoghurt
- Contains prebiotic foods i.e milled flaxseed and blueberries

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 400g plain dairy free yoghurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp Linwoods Milled Flaxseed
- 200g fresh blueberries
- 2 large handfuls of granola
- Mix together the honey, yoghurt and flax in a bowl.
- Add ¼ of the yoghurt to 2 serving bowls or glasses.
- Top with ¼ of the blueberries and ½ a handful of granola per serving glass.
- Repeat the layers. Leave to sit for a few minutes and dig in.
