First make the chia jam: Place the berries in a small pan with a dash of water and the stevia/coconut sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in the chia seeds. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to thicken then chill in the fridge until needed.
When ready to serve, place the frozen banana, frozen berries, Hemp Protein, cacao/cocoa powder and almond milk in a high-power blender and whizz up until thick and smooth. Pour into a bowl.
Spoon over some of the jam, scatter over some more berries and sprinkle over cacao nibs. Enjoy straight away!
