Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 75g frozen berries
- 2 dessertspoons of Linwoods Hemp Protein+ with Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Cocoa & Beetroot powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
- 100ml almond milk
Raspberry chia jam:
- 150g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons stevia or coconut sugar
- 4 tablespoons Linwoods Milled Chia Seeds
To decorate:
- Cacao nibs and extra berries
Instructions
- First make the chia jam: Place the berries in a small pan with a dash of water and the stevia/coconut sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in the chia seeds. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to thicken then chill in the fridge until needed.
- When ready to serve, place the frozen banana, frozen berries, Hemp Protein, cacao/cocoa powder and almond milk in a high-power blender and whizz up until thick and smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- Spoon over some of the jam, scatter over some more berries and sprinkle over cacao nibs. Enjoy straight away!
