- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 courgette
- 1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Chia Seed
- 1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- Toppings
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh strawberries
- Sprinkle of Linwoods Milled Flaxseed & Goji Berries
Instructions
- Blend altogether and serve in a tall glass
