Key Ingredients: 2 free range eggs, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of Linwoods Milled, Flax, Chia Seeds, Apple & Cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of almond meal, 1/2 cup blueberries, Coconut oil to cook, 2 fresh strawberries, 6 chopped walnuts, Agave syrup, Coconut yogurt to serve, optional

2. Choc Chip Buckwheat Pancakes
Key Ingredients: 2 cups buckwheat flour, 2 cups almond milk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 2-3 tbsp stevia powder, ½ cup of dark choc chips.
Why you won’t feel guilty: Rozanna explains that just because there is chocolate in the mix doesn’t mean you must avoid. Dark chocolate is actually great for uplifting your mood and full of anti-oxidants. You can even add a spoonful of Linwoods milled flaxseed, cocoa and berries as a healthy chocolate topping!
3. Banana Pancakes
Key Ingredients: 1 cup of gluten free oats, 2/3 2cup of ground almonds, 1 cup of water, ¼ cup of ground flaxseed, 2 ripe bananas, 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, raw honey or raw agave, 2 tsp of cinnamon, pinch of salt and coconut oil for cooking. Top with your favourite toppings although we recommend sticking with Ella’s combination of berries, banana, walnuts and maple syrup.

4. Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes
These cinnamon swirl pancakes inspired by Rosanna Davison are so easy to make, and they’re great for you. These gluten free pancakes are made with buckwheat and are a tasty treat for any day, but perfect for pancake Tuesday.
Key Ingredients: 250ml unsweetened almond milk, 120g buckwheat flour, 1 ripe banana, 1 heaped tbsp milled flaxseed or milled chia seed, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and Virgin coconut oil. You could even replace the ground cinnamon and chia seed / flax seed with our new milled flax, chia seed, apple and cinnamon mix.
For the cinnamon cream: 1 can of full-fat coconut milk (chill in your fridge overnight), 2 tbsp coconut sugar, ½ tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 6-7 tbsp unsweetened almond milk to blend.
Why you won’t feel guilty: Cinnamon contains an essential trace mineral called chromium, which helps to control blood sugar levels and the laying down of fat in the body.
5. Post workout pancakes
Joe Wicks a.k.a The Body Coach shot to fame with his Lean in 15 cooking videos and cook book, and this post workout pancake recipe is one we’ve fallen in love with. Joe describes the pancakes as the perfect post-workout treat, ideal for a post workout intake of protein.
Key Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 egg, 25g rolled oats, 1 tbsp coconut oil, served with Greek yoghurt, blueberries and raspberries. Top with a spoonful of shelled hemp for even more protein power to help aid your workout recovery.
