5 great men’s fitness websites:

1. Men’s Fitness:
Perhaps the best fitness website to visit for advice on training and nutrition is Men’s Fitness, which is the web version of the popular Men’s Fitness magazine.  If you’re planning on making big changes to your lifestyle and personal fitness in 2014, you may also find great benefit in subscribing to this magazine.  The website offers some great exercise plans for a range of areas, whether you are looking to build muscle, lose weight or simply get fit for that marathon you’re planning later in the year.  We love the regular articles the website creates which cover anything from the latest training techniques, to changing your diet and reviewing supplements that can aid your training.  With a series of videos and celebrity workouts available, it’s even easier to try and get that body you want with Men’s Fitness.  Visit the site at www.mensfitness.co.uk.

Last on our list is www.runnersworld.co.uk, another magazine website (Runners World Magazine).  Unlike the previous blogs which have a large focus on muscle development and getting lean, Runners World is all about running with training guides, nutrition advice and a discussion forum all geared to ensuring you can enjoy the great benefits of running this year.  Sometimes getting your trainers on and getting out onto the road and simply running, can be one of the best ways to getting (and staying) fit.  The site is also packed with great articles on staying healthy and dealing with injuries, something which many people can find challenging as they battle to get fitter.  With an online shop, latest product reviews and a schedule of UK running events, Runners World is packed full of all you will need to maintain a great level of fitness this year.
