When did you first come across the Linwoods Super Healthy Seeds?

Denise:
The first time I came across Linwoods products was a couple of years ago at the 5km Run Her race in Stormont.  There was a packet of Flaxseed in my goody bag and I thought these would go well with my porridge in the morning.

Linwoods:
How often do you take the seeds?

Denise:
I take the seeds most mornings with my porridge and mix them in with some blueberries.  They really taste great and it gives me a good start to the day.

Linwoods:
Does anyone else in your family take the seeds?

Denise:
My daughters Sam and Beth take them from time to time but they are more often than not helping me get them at my local Tesco’s.  When I do my weekly shopping they are usually hanging off my trolley pointing out the Linwoods packets shouting – “Look mummy, it’s the magic stuff you put on your porridge!”  It’s good that they can see the good in the seeds at their young age.

Linwoods:
How do the seeds make you feel?

Denise:
I really feel so full of energy now as a result of adding Linwoods seeds to my food.  I’ve started to eat the new Chia seeds and find them to be lighter so I love adding them to my yoghurt.

Linwoods:
What is your favourite seed?

Denise:
I really love the new Chia seeds and am starting to use these quite a lot with cereals, yoghurts and smoothies.  I feel so much fresher now as a result of taking them.

Linwoods:
What is your favourite way to take the seeds?

Denise:
After indulging in a lot of rich food over the Summer I got onto the scales to see I had put on an extra 10 pounds (oops!).  I’ve started to watch what I eat now and have joined the gym again and use the Chia seed as part of my protein shake.  I really enjoy the protein shake and take it first thing in the morning and can hand on heart say I feel so energised now.

Linwoods:
Would you recommend Linwoods range of seeds to friends and family?

Denise:
Absolutely.  I’ve been using them on and off for the past few years but have started to add them to my diet recently and can really see the benefits.  It’s great to be full of energy and I think the Chia seed has helped here as it gives you extra energy, so I’ll certainly continue to use Linwoods Super Healthy Seeds in the future.  They’ve been good for me so far.
